My husband was not a patient until he arrived quite literally dying at the doorsteps of Bellin hospital after countless other doctors and P.A.'s failed to discover the cause of my husband rapid decline. Dr. Ough found the issue quickly and did an emergency surgery that saved my husband. I have been to Dr Ough multiple times for a recurring issue. I am treated with respect every time. The office staff is very friendly and professional. They are very responsive to urgent needs and are quick to get answers when needed. Dr Ough’s bedside manner is excellent and he is able to convey a clear plan for care that I can trust. He is able to answer questions in a way where I can understand the situation and why the plan is being put in place. I will continue to trust Dr Ough as part of my care team.
Great. Saw me quickly and treated me with respect. Listened to my concerns. We created a treatment plan that was comprehensive and executing that plan to the letter. I would highly recommend. That one star review below is bogus at best. Some super overweight person had complications with their surgery and went to sue Dr. Ough and lost in court because they had no case.
We had a great experience. Thank you to all the staff, especially Leslie and Doctor Matt. You are so good keeping Craig comfortable.
My husband and I were so pleased with our treatment and service In your offices. We have been looking for new dentists and I believe we have found them. All of the professionals in your offices were wonderful. Exams were thorough and treatment options reasonable, and we did not feel as if we were being pushed into any unnecessary treatments.thank you so much!

Leslie always does a great job with the routine cleaning - very thorough and personable. Makes the hour go by quickly. Also had a couple fillings replaced by Dr. Nelson. It was a smooth and painless procedure. As always the entire staff from Drs. Hein and Nelson to the hygienists and front desk staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. Keep up the great work!
The staff is courteous & very helpful. Dr. Hein & Nelson are trained in the latest techniques in dental care, along with the staff. Awesome experience - would highly recommend.
