I just found out today that Matt is no longer with this office I’m heartbroken I have had him for quite some time and he understood me if I had a problem he would take the time to ask me what was going on and now I have to go threw this all with a stranger who dosent know me from Adam or my history I m really upset Matt you are a great person and I wish you well where ever you go

I have called and spoke to the reception many times, and explained that my Significant other is abusing the medication that the doctor is prescribing her. She takes a month supply in 2 days, soon I will get a lawyer involved if this is not taking care of.
