I look it up on doctor directory in United Healthcare website (also on Google) and see Dr. Nguyen is in network and it says dr. Nguyen accepts new patients, accepts Medicare. The office hour from 7:30am- 6pm. I call today at 4:13pm. The automatic system says the number of my call is #1 (one) After 11 minutes wait, they answer the phone, but it's hard to communicate because it's very noisy in the background, not with working voices, but with talking, laughing and clapping loudly.
