I had a visit with Dr. Matthew Ng today. The office staff was wonderful, the wait to see the doctor was minimal. I have Glossopharyngeal neuralgia and Dr. Ng was very knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my issues, reviewed my information I brought and asked if he could review some information and get back to me. He actually personally called me a few hours later to review some ideas. This man made me feel validated! With having seen numerous Dr's for over 25 years, he validated my feelings and my pain. The doctors are ok. The staff is extremely inexperienced, non-professional, and not helpful whatsoever. This doesn’t go for everyone, but for most of them this is an accurate statement. I’ve been going to this office for years, and they continue to disappoint. Long story-short, I need a modified barium swallow test, they sent in the wrong test to Steinberg and I called back and told them this, and didn’t own up to it at all. I had to wait 6 months for my appointment visit. I had severe vertigo that I had to deal with for 6 months before my appointment. My PCP sent him a STAT referral to expedit my visit but his staff told me he would only see me sooner if I had cancer! When he saw me after 6 months i was told there is nothing wrong with me and having vertigo is NORMAL 🙄
