I had to wait 6 months for my appointment visit. I had severe vertigo that I had to deal with for 6 months before my appointment. My PCP sent him a STAT referral to expedit my visit but his staff told me he would only see me sooner if I had cancer! When he saw me after 6 months i was told there is nothing wrong with me and having vertigo is NORMAL 🙄
My granddaughter has been a patient here since she was 4. She is 16 now. Both for the cochlear implant (Dr. Ng did her surgery) and her audiologist. They got new staff and a new audiologist. After all these years...we will not be going back. I have called 8 times and left many messages and NO ONE will call back to even set an appointment. My granddaughters cochlear stopped working! It's outrageous that an established patient would be treated this way!!! Especially a kid! If I could give them minus stars for the manner in whi... read more

If you read only this first line then let me tell you, Dr. Ng is absolutely fantastic! For years I had one issue or another with my ears and I finally went to an ENT about it. The woman I was seeing told me I had cholesteatoma in both ears and would need a specialist, so she referred me to Dr. Ng. She told me that he was the best in the field and I would be in great hands. After meeting Dr. Ng I see what all the hype is about. He is truly an amazing doctor. He immediately set up a plan to get my cholesteatoma removed with su... read more
