Excellent! I have gone to several different dermatologist and Dr. Harris has the best bed side manner. A bonus on top of his thoroughness and experience.
Dr. Harris is a great doctor but his office does not follow up with prior authorizations for medications that his patients need. They rate a zero in that department. So the value of the doctor is zero when his office does not follow up. That is so frustrating and time consuming for the patient to have to keep begging for medication and yet being ignored.
Excellent experience overall. Easy to make an appointment without a long lead time. Parking right in front of Oak Park office. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and professional. Minimal wait for the Doctor. He did a thorough exam and a quick procedure. Spent the time that I needed, answered all of my questions. Overall, a great experience.
Dr. Harris is AMAZING!!! He took his time to explain each differential diagnosis! I highly recommend Dr. Harris. Yesterday, I had my first visit with Dr. Harris. the entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Sara was my contact on Thursday, and helped get me a next day appointment which in my opinion as a new patient is OUTSTANDING! I arrived and didn't have quarters for the parking meter which Christina and all of the front desk staff got me change for a $20 bill...5 star customer service.

The doctor was very nice, the only thing I would say is that because I came in for several things, I felt he spoke a little too fast but he has a good bed side manner and didn't mind that I asked him to repeat the process of the things I needed done.
I have been a patient for close to 15 years and miss the smaller and far more personal practice since the move and expansion. Not sure I will be staying. Last referral became problematic so patients must always be proactive.
