Had an appointment with Dr Murnane was in waiting room for over an hr so there is a sign that states “ If you are waiting for more than 15 min to ask receptionist why” well she said Dr Murname runs late every day! Thats not the right answer, how about don’t schedule so many patients?
We met Dr. Murnane and we liked him very much. However his front desk people leave much to be desired. Called to get a new order for my grandsons infusions. That happens to be a matter of life an death and was told it takes as long as it takes then she proceeded to hang up on me. Clearly she is in the wrong profession....

Dr Murnane is the best ! Listen and really checks you over . If I still lived in Albany I would still have him as my Dr. I live in Phoenix Arizona and my Neurologist can’t compare to this great Dr .
