All I can say is wow, wow, wow. I am so very grateful to have met Levi. This was my first appointment at the Matthew Morris salon in the DTC. I came in for a root-color, haircut, highlights, gloss and style. I got there at 12:25pm and Levi promptly saw me at 12:30 for my appointment time. I left at 3:30 PM and that is the quickest I have ever left for the multitude of services that I require. I have long, dark, thick, curly ethnic hair. Eli is so good at knowing how to make my hair look great! I don’t even know what to ask for but he knows what questions to ask, understands my vague thoughts, and can read my hair. I always love how my hair looks after.
It was obvious my stylist was trying to get off work early on a Friday. The salon called me at 7:45pm Thursday night to say the stylist had an opening at 9am and did I want to take it. I replied that my schedule wouldn’t allow that and I would be there for my confirmed 12:15pm appointment on Friday. Showed up Friday and explained my hair goals.
