Awesome! Dr. Matthew Moore is very professional, caring, and kind! The office is modest, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and nurses in Dr. Moore’s office are very kind and very helpful. Chose Dr Moore because of bad experience with previous doctor, concerning paperwork for diabetic shoes. Simple paperwork a 10 yr. old could understand, and I tried it out on a young relative to see. Dr. Moore was skeptical but agreed to take care of the requirements. After almost 3 months of back and forth with my Podiatrist, repeatedly not complying with the Medicare requirements on the paperwork, I gave up with him and found a Dr. who did it all in one visit with me. My first experience with Dr. Moore exceeded my expectations. It was in January 2022. Dr. Moore and staff were very thorough and informative in my initial visit. He spent plenty of time with me explaining his approach to care and allowed me to ask any questions. I am very happy to find Dr. Moore as I am relatively new to the Springs.
I had no issues getting in to see the doctor when desired and has his attention when I was there. Never felt rushed or ignored.
