Dr. Polenta was great so was the staff. Very happy with the care I've received.
Accessible, technology friendly and modern office. You need to clearly present any issues as the practitioners do not seem to investigate on their own for issues. Many have witnessed this by going back for additional office visits shortly thereafter. Be aware that this practice charges you for many things that most Dermatologists do not. Very friendly and technology forward. I'm confident in the answers I received.
I was very nervous before my surgery. Dr. Molenda and the staff really helped calm my nerves. After the numbing it was pretty painless.
Fantastic experience. Friendly checkin. They gave me an estimate of my surgery beforehand which was important with my deductible. The surgery and recovery were nearly painless, and they explained everything before, during and after the surgery. The staff and Dr. Molenda are the best.
Got rid of the skin cancer on my face.
Very easy to talk to and he listen to you. His surgery on my ear was excellent with very little pain. If need be I will be coming back to Dr. Melinda.

As other reviewers stated, beware, that this doctor will charge you $50 to come in and let you know something is benign instead of calling to let you know like every other dermatologist I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to many dermatologists throughout my years and have never once been charged to get my lab results. They use it as a chance to collect more insurance money. Exam was also not thorough and had to ask doctor to go back and check my scalp and bottom of my feet as it wasn’t done the first tim

Thank you. Unfortunately, not every patient receives benign results. We've found that delivering cancerous, abnormal or complex results over the phone leads to increased patient stress, confusion and misunderstanding. Dedicated appointments are needed to ensure the patient is taken care of properly. Copays are set by your insurance plan and we are LEGALLY required to collect them. We typically do not remove clothing or socks, or significantly alter hair styles w/o patient request/permission.
