Only live at this place if you want to stay in dark. This place has no lights in bedrooms. Not a single one. Have lights in passage and washroom . It’s a common practice to have light connections or at least provide any lamps. If you can nit do this at least let the tenant know that you are not going to provide anything. It’s my first and going to be my last experience with avenue living. Will not recommend this to anyone.
