Dr. Matthew Malus appears to lack the necessary knowledge and expertise for his role. The rheumatology practice at Novant Health does not seem to support him effectively. It feels as though he is often in the dark regarding patient care and treatment options. After a year of injection treatment, my mother's condition remains concerning, with a bone density score of -3.4. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Malus.
