Call the office three times after the 3rd referral was sent from my general practitioner tell me for the third time they have not received it even though I stood in the office and watched her fax it. Took it to the office personally and delivered to Dr Merrill's office. They were set up my file that day and the appointment scheduler in his office to call me back said she would have an appointment set up that afternoon.
