Dr. Lovato and his staff have given me excellent dental care for over 10 years. I have changed insurance numerous times and they always make sure my billing goes smoothly. Dr. Lovato is very gentle and carefully explains everything before he starts a procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Lovato.
This doctor gave me the worst dental experience of my life. Not only did his office say they accepted my insurance, and then later I found out they don't (tagging me with a $800 bill, due to their mistake), the doctor also could not figure out how to numb my tooth that needed a filling! He drilled numerous times, leaving me screaming in pain! I finally told him to leave the tooth alone! He told me I needed to schedule an appointment to come back and have it finished, like hell I do!
