Dr. Burns is an amazing doctor! She listens to me and helps me manage my healthcare needs. I always feel heard by her.
Dr. Ehrler was informative and adept at helping me to understand my situation. I feel some dr’s lack in this skill. We are not on their level in this area and need to understand to make the best decisions. He was kind and patient and also respectful of my time. I’m not ready to pull the trigger on surgery yet and he was respectful that I have other issues to handle first. He did not rush me and he did not make me feel “less than” when I asked questions.
