With all the regulatory bodies surrounding Pokonobe, Matthew Lehman is the only person I was comfortable working with. He soundly set up meetings with the water district, Mammoth Mountain and Forest Services. He's the most resourceful person I know in Mammoth Lakes. He has put together a strong team with Sue, Mishelle and Ashley, all of whom, went out of their way to help with this transaction. I'm grateful for his professionalism and I'll never buy or sell a property in Mammoth Lakes without him.

Matthew Lehman exceeded our expectations in selling our investment property in Mammoth.
