Dr. Alcasid helped my family through the difficult process of transitioning my mom to hospice care. He patiently spent time discussing all the options in an easy to understand, kind and thoughtful manner. Dr Alcasid is thoughtful, wise, and caring in his treatment of my mom. Dr Alcasid is dynamic and understands all aspects of patient care. I think we are going to be discharged soon after a long grueling hospitalization and I’m so grateful it’s under Dr Alcasid’s watch.
Dr. Alcasid is a very intelligent and kind doctor. He truly cares and our family felt that he was really invested with our case. He was was mom's doctor in the hospital. Mom was bed bound and extremely lethargic for several weeks. After many doctors and specialists had seen her, no one was able to figure out why she wasn't waking up. Dr. Alcasid was the physician at Kaiser Anaheim on 4 East the week of August 13th 2022. He was patient, caring and insistent that I do everything possible to get well. He worked very hard to get me back on my feet. He changed my medications to get the best results going forward. He explained carefully and skillfully why he extended my hospital stay. He emphasised some dietary and fluid issues that I needed reinforcement about. A great provider. And his nurses like and respect him as do I . Thank you Dr. Alcasid.
