Multiple times iv had apointments and the doctor isn't there. It's very difficult for me to get around. My hips locked up twice getting there for this apointment. I still made it on time. Just to find out he left for the day again! No one called to let me know. Never returning! Very unprofessional!

They dropped me as a patient because they said I missed a few appointments one in February which was 6 months ago and one a telemedicine appointment the other day because my appointment was at 10:30 and I didn't get the text until 11:12 they were 42 mins late and that's somehow my fault.....there nurses can't take BP correct it's terrible

My insurance company denied my ozempic which I had been on for 5 years, the office staff didn't submit enough paperwork going back to show how high my A1C was before using ozempic. My wife had to go the office and get the records, and file are own appeal! This clearly points to either laziness, or incompetence! My insurance has now cleared me, after actually being shown that I was indeed a diabetic. Thanks for nothing Alicia! The staff at Dr. Nettleton's office are so kind. Anytime I call for my 92 year old mother in law which seems to be a lot these days, they are so attentive and sweet on the phone. It makes all the difference for me. We get very good care at Dr. Nettleton's office. My mother in law prefers a woman, so we go to the Blairsville office. She had seen Allison Williams PA-C, Jennifer Goode CRNP and Lucinda Fails RNC. All have given my mother in law exceptional care!
