I had a total hip replacement on May 7 Dr brown was amazing! Explained everything and just made me feel at ease! Cooper bone and joint is wonderful the staff the nurse navigator Alexis was also very helpful and made me feel secure and at ease! Definitely a 5 star experience!! Thank you all at cooper 🩷🩷🩷
I recently accompanied my mom to see Dr. Brown for an orthopedic consultation regarding her knee pain, and I was extremely disappointed with our experience. Dr. Brown's demeanor was rude and dismissive; he seemed uninterested in listening to my mom's concerns and left the room abruptly without any acknowledgment or farewell, leaving her confused.
