I cannot say enough about Dr. Kornegay and how wonderful he is. My kids have been going to him since they were babies... they're now grown and their babies are going as patients to see Dr. Kornegay. The staff is absolutely wonderful too. I can't say enough about Beth and Olivia. They are both absolutely wonderful anytime you call they are friendly and extremely helpful. Highly highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
My son and daughter have been seeing Dr. Kornegay since they are born. My son who's 19 saw him today and as usual we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Kornegay always spends plenty of time with us and goes everything that needs to be discussed! Five star review without hesitation!
When contacted to get an appointment , I was informed by the front office that unless you become a MDVIP member by paying $2500 per year.. the doctor will not see you. Ridiculous and absolute blatant unethical medical service practice. A doctor’s first job is to save patient not making money.
I very much enjoy having Dr. Kornegay as my PCP. I’ve known him professionally for several years, and initially chose him to be my teenage sons’ physician as he’s double-boarded in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Now my sons are in their early 20’s and I was looking for a new younger PCP for myself. I knew I wanted a clinician who practiced evidence-based medicine and was also open to new treatment modalities, and Dr. Kornegay seemed a perfect fit. Dr. Kornegay is the most professional, knowledgeable, kind physician I have ever known. He is my daughter’s doctor, my husband’s doctor, my doctor, and my mother’s doctor. You won’t find anyone better than him and his team at Generations Internal Medicine.
