Dr. Klein did the surgery to replace my old pacemaker/battery with a new one. All my dealings with Dr. Klein and his very pleasant and professional staff were most reassuring and proficient. I’m doing fine post-procedure and am very grateful to Dr. Klein for his excellent skills and manner.
He was very thorough and gave me options.
We we're assured into an exam room within 5 minutes of arriving. We were seeing immediately by the PA for all of the fundamental facts. Dr. Klein was waiting for us when we finish with the PA. Dr. Klein spent well over a half hour explaining the procedure that I needed to have. He said his office would be in touch to set up the appointment for the procedure. Less than 24 hours his office called and everything was set up. Excellent experience.

Extremely thorough professional, curious and responsive .. Prior to my first time visit I received the online forms to fill out-every user friendly. When I got in the office the staff was extremely competent. Before Dr Klein came in the room - the nurse went over my medicines ect... Dr Matthew Klein took the time (and had the patience) to review everything..I feel very fortunate to have Dr Matthew Klein as my Dr.
Very pleased. Dr. Assistant was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Dr. Klein was able to explain the upcoming procedure in clear and concise layman’s terms. I feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities. I also appreciate their getting me an immediate appointment.
