This place is an absolute joke! My wife went through almost dying from liver failure, during that time she wasn’t even coherent or anything. Not only is she dealing with that but she also just went and had rotator cuff surgery a few days ago and the dr is treating her like she’s a complete criminal trying to get drugs! It’s a shame that the people who truly need help gets denied because this state is full of junkies! Oh well they lost my family’s business!
I have been with his practice for about two years now. There are other Dr's at this clinic also. Normally, I only like to see the specific Dr. I am assigned to, but I don't have any problems being seen by anyone in there group. Dr. Klain is very patient during visit. He doesn't try and rush through the visit because he has 10 other patients to see. I had to go into the hospital for a medical emergency. Dr Klain has been my daughter’s Dr for years, he and staff are always pleasant and helpful. Returns calls promptly.
