The worst insurance experience I have had. After providing new rates in writing and promising "world class service" and that he would take care of cancellation of old policies, bundle payments, etc... that I would not have to do anything, I've had to do everything. Rates went up to more than what I was paying before, none of my old policies were cancelled on my behalf and there was no service or follow through on anything.
