I have been going to Dr. King for years. When he left Maryland, there was nothing for it except to start driving to Philadelphia. Yes, he's that good. He listens, he shows genuine concern, he has a great sense of humor when appropriate and he never hurries through a visit. I feel very confident in his medical expertise and have no hesitation recommending him.
Dr. King is an excellent doctor. He always listens to everything you tell him and follows up with you. We just got word that he is leaving Stevensville and we have no idea of were he is going. We have been with him since he was in Chestertown and would love to continue with him if possible. I hope he will stay in the area and that we can somehow remain his patient. He is the best doctor I have ever had.
I take my 88-year old mom to Dr. King. He is more than patient with her. I'm sometimes embarrassed by her answers in that she goes on and on. He is kind and doesn't appear to be irritated with her. He takes time to listen and explains all medical conditions. She has a list of medical issues including strokes, high blood pressure, kidney disease. I credit her still being alive today to Dr. King. Yes, i have told many people of dr Matthew King's go 9d work done good work done for me there. Now living in frederick, md and not likeing the medical going on here i would travel the miles to see him again. God has blessed me with a fine good dr and that is him.
Dr. King is exceptional! He is proactive and thorough. He always listens intently and never rushes you. He genuinely cares and it shows. I am an RN at AAMC and he is the doc all of us nurses go to! That speaks volumes!! I come across the Bay Bridge all the way from Bowie!! I can’t recommend him enough! This is the doctor you want!
Excellent physician. Takes time to listen, answers questions and I am confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. Never feel rushed. Is current in latest medical advances and pharmaceuticals. I also like that he is confident enough in his abilities to make a recommendation to see another specialized doctor if warranted . Really a good doctor and a good person. His Nurse Practitioner, Amanda, is also excellent.
I followed Dr. King from Chestertown because he is such a great doctor. He cares about all his patients and gives them the time they need. There is usually not much of a wait either! I highly recommend him for any illness.
The best ever. I have just recently moved and the worst part of moving is losing Dr. King. I know I cannot replace him.
Only saw this physician for about 1 1/2 years before he relocated his practice and his office was not convenient. That said this physician is excellent and I was sorry to have him relocate.
