Absolutely filthy waiting room. Greasy dirty chairs!
Previous dentist was a smoker, & Dr. Katz is not. Instant plus for Dr. Katz. Appts are easy to schedule. Little wait time. Exam w/ Dr Katz is brief. Interaction between staff over the yrs we've been going there seems uncomfortable at times which makes a necessary ritual less pleasant. Equipment may not be up to date. Okay place to go for necessary care, yet there may be better alternatives.
