Dr. Kalschuer is a great doctor. He is very inclusive by showing you what he is writing, explaining things in a way that is easy to understand, and taking time to answer my questions. It was clear that he prepared for the appointment and had reviewed recent and past records. I have concerns regarding the reception area. It is very loud and I could easily hear other patients information. I found Regina to be unprofessional. She talked to herself about patient information and made negative comments about coworkers.
