Dr. Howard is very thorough, caring and thoughtful. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, answers your questions and doesn’t rush you out of his office. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a sleep apnea specialist.
Dr. Howard and his staff are very professional. They value your time and work hard to get you in and out of the office in a timely manner. Dr. Howard listens to your concerns and attempts to correct any issues.
The advice I received from Dr Howard was to buy the book, "Say Goodnight to insomnia". I would really like to say something nice about him but it's difficult. He was an unpleasant, unhelpful person and showed no compassion. If you want Dr Howard's advice, save yourself a trip and buy the book he recommended.
Dr. Howard's staff gave me the MOST unhelpful & discourteous service I've ever received in my 70 years. My husband requires CPAP for acute sleep apnea; Dr. Howard proscribed him one. Recently, FDA released a Class 1 Recall (the worst) stating that certain CPAPs contain PE-PUR which is breaking down into particles and chemical gases that are life threatening, cause permanent impairment, cancer, etc. Yesterday, we called & asked for the temp fix filter till he could get a new CPAP. Receptionist, Crysel, very rude & not helpful on the phone. She told me to have a good day a hung up on me.....very disappointed. Tried to call office and no answer. As a Health care professional of 40+years. This is unacceptable! There are classes to teach phone etiquette.
New patient and so far Dr Howard is very knowledgeable and personable, but front office staff is subpar. I really need this doctor, but dread calling... makes me want to go elsewhere. Especially Diana, no compassion and she’s so rude on the phone! Not sure how to handle this situation, but Dr Howard needs to know what’s going on in his office. Dr Howard is very kind and knowledgeable. However, his office staff is LESS than adequate. They are either majorly overworked or just Rude. when calling I am told "we are too busy to talk now we will call you back" that was over 2 weeks ago and never a call back. If you want a doctor with a horrible staff go for this practice as it appears the Doctors have NO Idea how poor the customer service is in this practice.
