Called Jordan's office 7/12/24, made an appointment, and drove 1 1/2 hrs, 75 mi, only to be turned away for being 10 minutes late, according to the appointment time. Being a new patient, my arrival time was suppose to be 20 sooner. However, after running into thunderstorms, broken traffic lights, and backed-up traffic due to storm damage, I did not make the arrival time. What a snooty way of treating patients.
