Unfortunately I can not recommend this medical practice . They changed my appointment from a MD visit to a PA visit without consulting me. Scheduled me for an evening MRI only to have the technician leave w/o notifying the patients waiting for an hour in the waiting room. The neurosurgeon lacked empathy and didn’t seem to care about my condition once he determined I was not a surgical candidate. I wish I had chosen another facility for my evaluation.
I am very pleased with my care! Doctor McGirt explained the procedure perfectly and clearly to ease my concern and prepare me for the surgery! This is only day one, however with his knowledge and success rate I feel that this was the best decision!
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The hospital smells and is clean. I am traveling from Eastern Kentucky. I really appreciate the hospitality.
Dr McGirt was great. He eased all my concerns, was kind, caring and had excellent bedside manner.
