Recently I was made aware that doctor Hentzel had Passed away. This was very sad news for me to hear as he was not only the best but I trust because he allowed himself to go beyond the Call of Duty because he cared for his patients, which is today a very rare thing to find in a quality in a physician. Needless to say, he will be thoroughly missed by myself and I'm sure several patients and his staff. I have been a patient treated by Dr. Hentzel for more than a year and have nothing but high praise for him as a compassionate medical doctor and to the supporting staff at his practice. I am saddened by his untimely passing and am praying for his wife and children. We have lost a professional and caring doctor in our community who will be difficult to replace. RIP Doctor Hentzel.
My mother and I both see him and have been satisfied with his care. He and his staff are very helpful and pleasant.
Dr. Hentzel is wonderful! He talks to you like you are a real person. He explains things well and has a friendly manner. His staff is super and I've never had to spend more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.
Dr. Hentzel does not communicate at all. He did my mother's surgery and did not follow up on his work. He tried to pass her off to another physician so he would not be held accountable for the damage he has done. My mother's foot had Staples and stitches, he took them out too soon and my mom has a big open flap on the side of her foot because the skin is not attaching together. Dr.Hentzel literally saved my mother's life. I made an appointment with him for her because of the care, concern and thoroughness with which I saw him treat a home health client. My elderly mom had been experiencing symptoms of which the cause had not been addressed by two of her other doctors, both M.D.'s. Dr. Hentzel ordered a Venus Doppler test on both of her legs and my mother had a large blood clot in the leg without symptoms. I am forever grateful to this exceptionally knowledgeable doctor
Loved meeting with Dr. Hentzel. He is a kind and compassionate man who is also very smart and easy to talk with. He was very kind and encouraging to my 89 year old father.
