The team at Horne Dental (The Austin Dentist) is exceptional. They have been my go-to dental for over a decade. First class environment. Friendly, caring staff. State of the art equipment. Beyond communicative & accommodating. All in all 5/5 stars!
About as nice of an experience as it could be getting a crown. pain free though and a very courteous and professional staff. dr Jordan and were great and I look forward to my next visit. BW
They are extremely friendly and want to get to know you. From the front desk (Mia) to the dental hygiene assistant (Jenna) and to the dentist (Jordan) the entire experience was top notch. I’m so glad I chose this dentist office. They came highly recommended from my friend group and I can see why.
Came for a cleaning. Got interrogated, ambushed, and grifted. I scheduled a basic teeth cleaning. First, they said I had to do X-rays — fine.It started with “mandatory” X-rays — okay, whatever. But the tech doing them treated it like a weird first date. She aggressively asked about my hobbies, vacations, weekend plans, favorite restaurants — while jamming giant plastic bite things into my mouth.
