Professional and timely. Patients don't wait long periods of time to get seen. Always cordial and friendly. Utmost respect for Dr. Helm.
It's impossible to speak with someone regarding my billing statement. The customer service is in a foreign country and unable to answer questions. They're on a different computer system. When I call the office in Sherman, I'm put on indefinite hold. It's time to find another provider that has an organized customer service and billing department.
Dr. Helm is the best. He is very nice and professional and I never feel rushed. His staff is professional and very good. I recommend using Dr. Helm if you are in need of a great dermatologist.
So happy to have found Dr Helm and his staff. They are very nice , and make you feel like family.
