Dr. Heeren is an amazing Pediatrician! He effectively communicates with us. He quickly responds to emails and answers any questions or concerns we may have. We have never had a healthcare provider that responds as promptly as he does! Because of this, it brings us so much peace and comfort knowing we can contact him should any issues arise. I greatly appreciate Dr. Heeren. Not only does he take the time, but also responds promptly (even at 6:20 a.m), whenever I sent him messages for medical advice, whether it be just regarding a common cold, hives, or a more serious condition like a fracture or a tick burrowed into my daughter’s scalp! He always gives us sound advice, assuages our fears, and goes out of his way to follow up with us through the patient portal. My kids started seeing Dr. Heeren a couple of years ago when we had to transfer to a new Dr for them. Dr Heeren is probably the best dr we have ever had. I wish I could have him as my primary care Dr.

Dr. Heeren and his staff are wonderful, compassionate professionals. Every experience with them has been positive. Dr. Heeren takes time to get to know the kids/family and relates to them on a personal level. Parents will appreciate the way he listens to concerns, never makes you feel dumb for asking simple questions, and never makes you feel he's on a tight schedule. If you are looking for a physician for your children, I highly, strongly recommend Dr. Heeren and his team.
I have 5 children, we've lived in Vacaville since the 4 younger ones needed Pediatric care. Ages 24,22,18,12 and one son who is 10 who has Asthma. I feel we are privileged that Dr. Hereen has been their Pediatrician all these years. Truly honored to find a Dr. who sincerely cares about my kids. Excellent and caring Pediatrician. I'm very happy with the way he interacts with my daughter and how he explains everything. He also shows compassion and care to you as a parent and answers any questions you may have. He is very intelligent.
