Dr.Hearst is a great surgeon. He has replaced an eardrum, removed a cholesteatoma, and dramatically increased my hearing with bone implants. His skill and competence has changed my life! I have been a patient of his for a number of years. You can tell his brain is always working. He doesn't joke around, soaks in the info you give, checks you out, contemplates, then offers his thoughts. He lets you guide what actions to take and tries to support your needs if you let him know what you need.
Inappropriate prescription of antibiotics, but a good surgeon
Excellent care! I have recommended Dr.Hearst to many people and will continue to do so. I also have seen Susan and she is so nice and also provides excellent care. I highly recommend her also. The receptionists are extremely thorough and polite. I have never had a problem with scheduling appointments. The audiologists are kind and very good. They always explain clearly what they are doing. I feel that I always receive the best care and kindness from the staff of MKM.
