One of the most demeaning rude supposed professional I’ve come across. He is dismissive and has zero bedside manner. Medical care is expensive in both our time and money. To be dismissed at an appointment I’ve both waited and paid for, should be considered a “no service provided” appointment. It’s completely ridiculous for a provider to not have any accountability when it comes to patient care. Read the reviews, I am one of MANY to be treated this way. TVC it’s time to do better.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Hauck today. Everything went well. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'll be glad to see him again if any more problems arise with my eyes.
Terrible Doctor, Rude, demeaning, brash, didn't seem to care, and I didn't feel listened too. He will not be part of my team. Recommend staying away.
Having worked in the healthcare field for over 35 years, I am very impressed with Dr. Hauck's skill set. he described his plan of action, answered any questions I had, and I was left with an excellent result. My vision has improved far beyond my expectations, and Dr Hauck's team made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. He is definitely not the most talkative fellow, but I did not go to him for conversation, I went for my vision issues, which he definitely attended to. Highly recommend him.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Hauck was rude and dismissive. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor and will never go back. Very disappointed.
