Amazing! Matt helped get me out of chronic pain that had been bothering me for months. If you have never tried a Rolfing therapy session, I recommend it.. especially with Matt, because he's a master of it. It's like a deep massage but focused on long term pain relief and actually restructuring your body. Highly recommended!!
