Dr. Harrison is a doctor I was hoping to see, but trying to get through an intake conversation with his receptionist made me turn away. From the moment she answered the phone, it seemed like I was inconveniencing her or annoying her by calling. I tried to be extra kind and clear since maybe she was having a hard day, but it didn’t work.
