Agreed to a price up front before wasting time going through application process. Over qualified for property he had listed for rent. Told him up front that I would pay the entire year before moving in. All I got was runaround and BS. When I asked for a refund on my application fee, I received only silence. No response on request for callback either. Find someone who honors their word.

Matt is the BEST! I had the pleasure of working with him for my purchase transaction. He is simply amazing, professional, and so knowledgeable. If you want a super smooth transaction, then he is the man for you! He cares about his clients, and is always available to answer any questions or simply to touch basis. He kept me apprise of everything that was happening during the whole process, and was super nice the entire time. I will definitely work with him again.

Matthew Hardy came highly recommended to us by 3 of my fellow employees. He had recently helped them find there homes and each had wonderful things to say about his character, patience and flexibility. My wife and I are new to Los Angeles and after meeting Matt, we new he was the right choice. We found him extremely knowledgeable about the market, and he provided us with the guidance to find the home of our dreams.

I have worked with Matt Hardy for the past couple of years. He is a great realtor and always has the clients best interest at heart. He treats the clients with respect and answers all their questions. I would highly recommend Matt as a Realtor for buying or selling a house.
