Just to set the record straight, the first two reviews of this guy are from his business partners. I'm a contractor here in Tucson and I had the unfortunate opportunityto meet Mr. Gutierrez when I did a job for him and Mr. Baily(reviewer #1). This was the fourth property I have purchased with Matthew's assistance. As always, he was knowledgeable, prepared, and attentive to what I needed. He responded to my stated criteria and provided additional insight about topics I had not fully considered. Matt and Team are the ultimate "customer comes first". Not only was Matt thorough in every way; he also went way beyond the call of duty on many occasions. For example, Matt and team volunteered to move me from the house sold to the rental next door. He had no obligation to do so but he and the others seemed to enjoy it.
