Stay away from Dr. Gropler! Says he is a pediatric specialist for ENT, and I never felt so talking down too. He Even ask me how I managed to get an appointment with him and did I just assume my child had an issue without him even reading the clinical notes that we were referred to him. He completely ignored our conversation. After waiting over 6 weeks for this appointment we are back to square one. I have never felt so mistreated by a medical personal as I did with Dr gropler. This provider was the rudest, most condescending doctor I have ever had a visit with. He SHOULD NOT be in pediatric care. He was rough with my 10 month old baby, and did not give us any kind of help. He talked down to me and was incredibly disrespectful and immature. I will be filing a formal complaint with university hospital about the care and mistreatment.
