Have lived here for 4 yrs, first 2 years were great. Lately though the community hasn't been so great. Maintenance is not always correctly completed during first visit, trash being discarded outside frequently; downstairs neighbor has had a bedframe sitting outside balcony for over 6 months and was pointed out to employee walking front of property picking up trash when it was first placed there about 5 months ago but its still there. I bet if it was in the front where more people could see it, it would have been removed long... read more

I just moved in to Matthew grande and it has been a Pleasant experience from the start! Serena and everyone in the office are so helpful. The maintenance guys are very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns, they work hard everyday! Thankful to call this home!

I have lived here for two years and had the best experience. It’s a quiet community and the staff is so helpful and responsive. Jason and Olga were both extremely helpful in my move out process providing me with all the information and assistance that I need. I highly recommend this community and if you need anything, make sure you see Olga in the office.

One of the best places I have ever lived and Serena is the best she may welcome definitely feel comfortable and welcoming and all of the other staff members are very friendly and supportive as well! Definitely worth a place to move into.
