I have lived here for two years and had the best experience. It’s a quiet community and the staff is so helpful and responsive. Jason and Olga were both extremely helpful in my move out process providing me with all the information and assistance that I need. I highly recommend this community and if you need anything, make sure you see Olga in the office.
One of the best places I have ever lived and Serena is the best she may welcome definitely feel comfortable and welcoming and all of the other staff members are very friendly and supportive as well! Definitely worth a place to move into.

I love living at Matthew Grande. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are prompt and knowledgeable. Our pool was the first in the neighborhood that was ready, inspected and open. Their attention to details like that that really make a difference. I'm so happy to call this home.
I moved back home to North Carolina and wanted to live close to my son and grandchildren in Asheboro NC. I haven’t lived in an apartment community in years but with the housing market so crazy I decided it was best for me to lease.
