Very clean, well maintained, I have recommended to friends
I love living at Matthew Grande. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are prompt and knowledgeable. Our pool was the first in the neighborhood that was ready, inspected and open. Their attention to details like that that really make a difference. I'm so happy to call this home.
I moved back home to North Carolina and wanted to live close to my son and grandchildren in Asheboro NC. I haven’t lived in an apartment community in years but with the housing market so crazy I decided it was best for me to lease. The best move in I’ve had by far, management is amazing and makes the process easy and done amazing with making you feel welcomed at home even during the tours, great place I recommend to everyone!
