I just called to schedule, was told I need a referral even though my insurance doesn’t require it. Just to see these horrible reviews. A sign from god to not go here.
Great doctor. Very thorough. However, like the other comments, the quality of communication from other admin staff is lacking effort
If the office staff is rude from the getgo, I can't see the doctor. My experience took 5 mns to know this isn't the right place for me
I have no idea if Dr. Glover is a good doctor. After two weeks, I cannot get past his assistant, Katrina, to find out the results of a tumor biopsy. A biopsy that Dr. Glover took in the hospital. The results are now in, but we don't know what they are, and we can't get an appointment until the end of the month. Katrina has been rude and has even denied talking to me and changed information when she didn't follow through on conversations. We are still waiting to hear from Dr. Glover's office. The assistant has a real listening and attitude problem. I'm not going to see a doctor with a bad intake procedure. Dr. Glover seemed nice enough when I was there years ago, but this assistant is a liability. I told her exactly what she needed to know to go and ask the doctor if it was something he could help with, and she STILL had no clue. You're a digestive health center, right?
