Dr. Gerst provides not only active listening and empathy, but provides tools on how to resolve emotional challenges in life. His humor keeps everything in perspective. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gerst is fantastic. He never forces his opinion or methods on you and helps you to lead sessions. I made some big changes for the better because of the work I accomplished with him. Highly recommend.
