Receptionist very unfriendly, leaves on hold long periods of time and when left on hold two different times for over 15 to 20 minutes at 5 while I was still on hold she disconnected my call and I called back immediately and recording that office was closed. Have trouble getting my refills and then not responding to my pharmacy in a timely manner! Dr. Stine is professional and I have no complaints about him but he needs to ditch his receptionist as I am not the only one with this complaint
Dr. Stine is very pleasant. His office needs a lot of improvement. You are put on hold for a long time, medication refills usually take follow up, some appointments take more than one call to make, and some staff members are simply not friendly. The last physical his NP barely touched me. Aledo has grown, but his office has not been able to keep up, sadly.
Office is very difficult to get things done with. I had to call 5 times for a referral, and it still isn't resolved. Very unprofessional. They don't want to give you a referral or refill routine medication unless you have come in for a physical. Mind you, an illness within the last six months doesn't count as an office visit physical.

The staff makes no attempt to be pleasant. At check out I made a request to have the bill mailed bc I didn’t have my HSA card and she looked at me like I was ruining her life.
Office staff is always very kind and the doctor spends time talking with you and doesn’t make you feel rushed through the appointment. Would definitely recommend his.
Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. The staff must leave their own reviews I have heard only negative through the small town and social media.
Misdiagnosed my daughters CANCER!!! Three months of them saying sore throat and doing strep tests I had to beg for an ENT referral!! HORRIBLE rushed and rude staff.
Rude staff!! I’ve been going here because of the convenience of the location but enough is enough with the rude staff!
