Aside from the professional and emotional support, they made me a priority. I have been experiencing a great deal of pinched nerve discomfort in my neck/shoulder/arm and my initial schedule was so far in the future it was just gonna be pure torture. I impressed upon them the great discomfort I was managing and they compassionately expedited my schedule, relieving me of a 1 1/2 month of torture. It’s difficult to put a price tag on that. He is brilliant, innovative, and so talented that you might expect him to be intimidating; he is in fact completely unassuming, approachable, and very kind.
