After being accepted as a new patient, I made my first appointment. The day came weeks later and 2 hours after the appointment time I realized it was the day of it. I called and apologized and told them I never got a reminder text from the day we scheduled it and asked if I could make a new appointment. Dr. Freeman is good but the staff in the clinic is not. I called them several times to request a prescription. No one answered phone. They asked me to leave a message and promised they would send the prescription to the pharmacy within 48 hours. I left message and have waited more than one week but the prescription still is not sent to the pharmacy. I contacted the front desk in the morning. The receptionists is one of the most rude smart elic people! She’s short with her words, a smile would probably break her face!! It’s so hard to get an appointment and I called to say I was going to be a few minutes late- no answer. When I arrive , she said so rude “you’re late you have to reschedule!” She wouldn’t give an inch regardless that I needed my prescription today. I asked for my medical records. Dr. Freeman is a phenomenal physician! He is incredibly personable and i felt extremely comfortable talking to him. He took a substantial amount of time listening to my concerns and addressing each one of them thoroughly. His staff was equally as pleasant, polite and efficient. Dr. Freeman and staff are a true asset to Tuscaloosa!
Dr Freeman is fantastic. He has taken excellent care of me and my husband. 100% recommend.
