Hands down best DOC IN TTOWN!!! highly recommend him at all cost....
Dr Freeman is nice but can not say the same for the staff. The women who answered the phone were beyond rude. Just nasty and rude.
Dr. Freeman is the best! He listens and is so thoughtful and thorough and kind. I didn’t have to wait at all when I got there. The staff are also super friendly. I’ve been to a few PCPs in Tuscaloosa, and Dr. Freeman far and beyond the best around.
After being accepted as a new patient, I made my first appointment. The day came weeks later and 2 hours after the appointment time I realized it was the day of it. I called and apologized and told them I never got a reminder text from the day we scheduled it and asked if I could make a new appointment. She told me “No, you missed it and if you’re a new patient we don’t accept you anymore”. I apologized again for missing it and asked about the setup for getting a reminder. Dr. Freeman is good but the staff in the clinic is not. I called them several times to request a prescription. No one answered phone. They asked me to leave a message and promised they would send the prescription to the pharmacy within 48 hours. I left message and have waited more than one week but the prescription still is not sent to the pharmacy. I contacted the front desk in the morning.
