The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. A full physical involved 10 minutes with the doctor and that included him reading the results.
