I have been going to this location for years. I called to get my prescription filled and found out I had been dropped by this doctor. I missed a couple appointments so I get that part. But the policy was never explained to me… neither did I receive anything in the mail or how about a phone call that’s something people who care used to do. Your doctor felt like a family member but everything is all business now. If I would have known the policy I would have made a better effort to keep my appointments.
