Dr. Mainord was, as always, kind, thoughtful, patient, and professional. He spent time explaining answers to the questions we posed and made sure we didn't feel rushed. We know his time is valuable but he made sure to make us feel our concerns were important to him as well. We are grateful to have such a kind and thoroughly professional family doctor.
