horrible experience absolutely no bedside manner or compassionate empathy of how presenting the facts. Someone being told they have cancer my brain shut down fortunately my wife was there. I’m not even gonna give a rating. My wife was able to get information. I am not comfortable with this doctor and likely switched to someone else in the group when the results come back from PET scan, but I’ll deal with Doctor Strain till then.
Dr. Strain, is always nice and he speaks to you in a gentle tone. He is a great listener.
